How to use the Site.

Its sorta like this.
I like carne asada tacos and I live in costa mesa.
I couldn’t find a list of all the taco places in costa mesa, so I figure I’ll make one.
I’m not really reviewing the atmosphere or the other food. Im just telling you what I think of the taco. And maybe some other important things.

Knowing these things about me will probably help you know how to understand my reviews.

My Ideal Taco:
8in double corn tortilla
Filled to the top with a slightly crispy, but thick and juicy meat.
Meat is tender, falls apart in your mouth, and has a good deal of flavor.
Salty. Spicy. Pepper.

I like spicy things.
I’d put tabasco or Tapatio on almost anything.
Splash it all over.

I also love chips and salsa, a good Torta, and a gritty cup of cinnamon topped horchata.
